Monday - Friday
  • Function as liaison between County staff, Commissioners, Consultants, Elected Officials' staff, and public regarding the assessment programs
  • Review and/or calculate appropriated assessment fees for residential and commercial buildings
  • Monitor requests for assessment fee waivers
  • Review and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) for credits, rebates, transfers, and refunds
  • Assist Information Technology with updating Building Services permit fee program when fee changes are implemented by BOCC
  • Provide public information via County website relating to assessment programs
  • Work with the public to resolve more difficult problems or questions relating to impact and assessment fees
  • Prepare annual assessment rolls
