Sumter County Planning Services is committed to providing the highest level of service to its customers. In order to assess customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Planning Division, a survey card has been designed and the survey information will be compiled by County Administration.

The survey card will focus on customer service, zoning/planning review process, and the development review process. The survey card will be provided to the customer at time of site plan approval/denial, zoning case approval/denial, and the completion of a plat. The card will bear the return address of County Administration.
