The Employee Services Department is responsible for:

  • Recruitment
  • Employee selection and enrollment
  • Employee classification, compensation, and benefits including retirement
  • Maintaining all personnel files and records
  • Advising on compliance with State and Federal regulations

Mission

The mission of the Employee Services department is to provide professional assistance in the development and administrative functions of human resource management for the departments under the Board of County Commissioners.
