What are some common reasons why I’m not getting PulsePoint notifications?
  1. If the Registered Responder switches to a new device, a new email invite must be sent at the request of the community coordinator. 
  2. Ensure the smartphone is updated to the most recent software version.
  3. Ensure location settings are enabled at all times. 
  4. For those that have a smartwatch paired to their device, please ensure PulsePoint notifications are disabled from the smartwatch application. 
  5. Android users will not receive an audible notification if their smartphone is silenced. 
  6. The smartphone is in a poor cellular service area. The notification may either be delayed or not received.
