2. Online permitting allows contractors to apply for permits, schedule inspections, and pay fees online at the link below. By applying for a permit online, the contractor agrees to maintain current workers' compensation coverage, liability insurance, and a valid license as required by local and state provisions of FL Chapter 489 until final inspection. The contractor is responsible to verify the owner's name and address match with their contract.

4. Payments for online permitting are paid with a credit card. Credit Card payments are assessed a 2.9% fee by the credit card processing company.
6. All permits expire after 180 days if no inspections occur. All permitted work must meet all applicable state and local statutes, ordinance, rules, regulations, and codes. All phases of work inspected upon completion. The building official may revoke any permit or suspend the permit if code violations are not corrected and permits have expired. All online permitting is subject to review and approval.
